“The tiles have not been installed yet but the customer service and delivery updates were excellent. I had a few broken tiles and the customer service agent (on a Saturday) arranged for some replacements very quickly. Many Thanks”

“Loved the tile. Looks better than what I thought it would. It had been wrapped so well but unfortunately was broken into a few pieces. So will not get the full effect of what they might look like on the wall”

“We had ordered bathroom tiles from Total Tiles but due to delays when the work was finally being done we ran short by 4 boxes. To our intense disappointment there was no stock left and the line was discontinued. I contacted Total Tiles customer service to see if they could help, and to my amazement Rachel not only responded immediately, but had sourced another supplier who had the stock we required. This is a first in my experience as the usual customer service response is expressing regret at being unable to help and there was nothing more they could do.”
