Delivered on time and all intact. However, although the tiles were nice they were not the colours shown on the adverts. Colours were much duller than I was expecting and there were no bright or green tiles in the selection I was sent.All very brown and blue.

Tiles are great but the pallet they were sent out on collapsed (cheap pallet) and had to be re-enforced with a proper euro pallet by the logistics company. This meant it was all leaning at an angle held on by the banding so taking them off the pallet was a nightmare as they all wanted to topple over as soon as the banding was cut away

Easy to use website and cost effective tiles, very impressed. The delivery however was very expensive, we weren't warned an hour before delivery and the driver was less than helpful

Lovely big samples and superquick delivery. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because of the amount of plastic bubble wrap used to wrap the tiles. I appreciate they’re delicate but an obscene amount of plastic was used and I think this should be re-thought.

Hi Thank you for posting your review and glad to see you liked your samples. All sample orders are packaged in enough bubble wrap and then boxed to ensure they reach our customers undamaged, although we continue to look at other methods to reduce waste whilst still ensuring the samples arrive with our customers in 1 piece. Very happy with the sample tile and the time it took to arrive. We will likely order the full set from you. However, the packaging was terrible. Far far too much bubble wrap both from an environmental perspective and a faff to unwrap. Please find an alternative packing solution for sample tiles.

Hi Thank you for posting your review and we are really happy you liked your 60x60 cm sample tile that was delivered. We wrap each sample tile with enough bubble wrap to ensure the full sized samples reach our customers in 1 piece, as you can imagine tiles are very fragile and although the amount of wrapping seems excessive our customers would prefer the parcel wrapped well rather than having damaged sample tiles. 14 from 115 tiles broken on delivery! Customer Services were helpful but their delivery service is at fault. The unbroken tiles look good!

Hi Jane, so sorry that some of your tiles arrived damaged, we take every care to ensure tile arrive in one piece, but the fragile nature of tiles does mean sometimes damages do occur in transit. I know you have spoken to customer support today and that we are sending out replacements on the next available delivery, should there be anything else we can be of assistance with please call or drop us an e-mail and we will endeavour to help as much as we can. Saw the tiles we wanted at a great price and ordered a sample, which arrived beautifully packed and bang on time. Unfortunately the colour wasn't right and they didn't stock the colour we wanted. Anyway great service as far as it went.

Found exactly the tile I wanted. Total cost £36. Then informed it would be £35 for delivery! I was not prepared to pay double so found similar tile at b and q which, heavily discounted cost a total of £15 and no delivery charge., cost

Hi Jane Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback, we always appreciate any opportunity to improve our service. As tiles are naturally heavy and fragile, to deliver them across the UK in a perfect condition we wrap and strap them onto a wooden pallet and then deliver them using a nationwide network of heavy freight hauliers. As I'm sure you can image this is quite costly. While we do make a considerable contribution to the cost of these deliveries, often as much as 50%, we do have to pass on some of this cost to our customers. Our delivery prices per pallet which can hold up to 50m² of tiles work out super economical for an average order size of 10m² upwards although can be disproportionate for particularly small orders. The 3m² of tiles you were interested in would be good example of this. For orders of around this quantity, it is often more cost effective to source these locally. It's also not bad for the environment either saving a fair few large vehicle miles! We display all our delivery prices clearly on our website and keep these separate from the price of the tiles. By avoiding building the delivery costs into our product prices we are able to offer more competitive prices and provide transparent pricing for both our retail and contract business customers. I'm really sorry our services haven't been suitable for you on this occasion although I hope this won't deter you from shopping from us in the future where we're confident we can offer you the best value anywhere in the UK on a larger project. We've also refunded the cost of the sample tile you ordered to ensure you're not out of pocket. The purchase of the tiles went really smoothly - we bought a sample beforehand and it was delivered really quickly and when we decided to buy the tiles, the service at Total Tiles was really good. What wasn't good was the delivery - the tiles were left off the delivery lorry on the planned delivery day so we had arranged a day off from work for nothing. They arrived the next day but the promised phone call 1 hour before delivery didn't happen - they just turned up.

The tiles are absolutely stunning and the customer service in particular Tony was great, very friendly. Just a shame about the courier they used as he was so rude, spoke to me and my partner very rudely and left the tiles dumped on the drive with no help whatsoever. Overall would definitely recommend them for tiles!

I only ordered two samples, the amount of bubble wrap used was amazing. Both tiles were wrapped together. However, as there was no bubble wrap in between the two tiles themselves, one arrive cracked through the middle.

Ordered a sample which was delivered with no problems. Then purchased bathroom tiles. The whole ordering process was fine but the delivery was a big let down. 40 tiles were broken and I had to check 18 boxes of tiles. Informed the company who have been efficient in sending me replacements.

The appearance of tiles in your own environment can be quite different to that on a computer screen where varying monitor settings, image resolution and limits of photographic reproduction can all have an effect, which is why we always encourage our customers to order samples before placing an order.
