I have no problem with the service from Total Tiles just the delivery - in fact, the ordering and promptness of getting my goods to the courier were excellent. Unfortunately, the courier let Total Tiles down quite badly. I was given an hour slot and as I was at home all day I wasn't particularly worried when the delivery time passed until I received a text telling me that they were sorry they missed and they would call again the next day. They could not have come to my property or read the instructions that I gave because I was working about 5 feet away from the door with a working doorbell. Consequently, I had to cancel my plans for the following day. I was not happy which is why I can only give 2 stars. Sorry
