They Delivered when they said they would. Initially I had an issue with a few broken tiles which is why I'm making this review, something I don't usually do unless it's to complain. I sent off an email to customer support and within minutes a representative was on the phone asking for more details. A few photos later and the replacement tiles were delivered the very next day.
