**warning before making large orders**
No warning of curbside delivery until we had 0.94 tonne dumped on the end of a shared driveway. Driver stating we were lucky that it wasn't on the road as its a standard curbside delivery.
While customer services were empathetic, there was an overall 'sorry but you're on your own' attitude.
This issue caused no access for our elderly neighbours son to pick her up from outside her home and blocked our car from leaving. This caused issues on a Monday morning as unable to work until they were moved by hand by us.
