I have to write this based on the level of poor service they have provided. 1. Paid for a delivery (allocated time and date) no communication by call or email until I made contact yet was informed this was not turning up. 2. Waiting for items to be delivered as specified on their website contact one hour before service. This didn’t happen and the driver left this on the public highway, road side with no person to take this in (again communication) 3. Items left roadside had my sensitive details which should be held, stored and destroyed in a manner under policy. 4. Customer service in general handlers like to tell you how it is rather than actually listening or assisting. Irony is that they didn’t want to communicate that items are delayed or being delivered. 5. Informed by handler that the company cannot leave this road side and delivery would have to be re-arranged. Took time off out of leave, no delivery. Allocated certain date and time over a week in advance to tile over the bank holiday so we can move in prior to wedding no chance. Should have taken my details out of the package and left this in the road and not accepted it. This wasn’t handed too me or signed for by me and lucky I got back and decided to check. Positives Even though I cannot check every single item as getting married and away for a duration from tomorrow they first seem ok. Apart from a split back of adhesive but didn’t lose much. Hopefully when I check the items one by one they will all be crack/damage free.
