Bought tiles for next day delivery and first delivery date available was four days later. Received confirmation of order and even received an email stating the tiles were with the courier and would be delivered on my chosen date. The following day I received a voicemail message telling me that my tiles weren’t in stock and would take another four days to arrive I had to cancel as I had a landscaper booked for specific days to fit with original delivery date Certainly not good customer service
