I actually found the same tiles slightly cheaper elsewhere but after reading some reviews I decided to order from total tiles instead and finally I can prove to my husband reading reviews does matter . A few of my tiles arrived damaged , I phoned and spoke to Ben who was super apologetic and emailed me straight away to send pictures and arranged for replacements to be sent the very next day ! The customer service i received was excellent and shows you need to use reputable companies and these things can happen and was no fault of theirs and they fixed the issue super quick and saved me a lot of stress and phone calls . The tiles are lovely , good quality I would definaltley use again and reccomend this company . Thanks again Ben
