Although our tiles did not arrive on the day requested I was very pleased with the service we received. I phoned Total Tiles the day after and spoke to a very helpful person called Jack who was very honest that he could not guarantee when the tiles would arrive as he couldn't contact the delivery company. However he phoned me back and we arranged for 2 new delivery dates as we were going away on holiday and the tiles arrived on the first date. So successful communication and outcome. Thank you Jack.
