We had ordered bathroom tiles from Total Tiles but due to delays when the work was finally being done we ran short by 4 boxes. To our intense disappointment there was no stock left and the line was discontinued. I contacted Total Tiles customer service to see if they could help, and to my amazement Rachel not only responded immediately, but had sourced another supplier who had the stock we required. This is a first in my experience as the usual customer service response is expressing regret at being unable to help and there was nothing more they could do.
