The purchase of the tiles went really smoothly - we bought a sample beforehand and it was delivered really quickly and when we decided to buy the tiles, the service at Total Tiles was really good. What wasn't good was the delivery - the tiles were left off the delivery lorry on the planned delivery day so we had arranged a day off from work for nothing. They arrived the next day but the promised phone call 1 hour before delivery didn't happen - they just turned up.
