Good communication and service. The order arrived very quickly (it was a sample) however it was wrapped in a massive amount of bubble wrap (several layers).
Of course, I realise it is with good intentions a fragile item but it’s not very good for the environment! The tile looks lovely and we are likely to place an order for our flooring.
