Well, I ordered One tile sample. Tracking info. fine. Courier delivery-I could not believe my eyes. A Large box......... Very large in fact.
Inside the ONE tile was completely swaddled in at least a meter of bubble wrap.
PLEASE could you review your wrapping system to develop a one sleeve item with protection. Completely environmentally unfriendly approach to packaging.
The tile is lovely!
