Ordered sample tileq. It's great and was very we'll packaged, but DPD delivery was appalling. On 1st attempt claimed we were out when we were waiting for them. So I tried to contact them. Chat line didn't work and to put in further contact info you had to change the date. Next day they said they claimed they didn't have contact info though had email and mobile number from the start. So I changed delivery to a collection point, but they failed to deliver due to 'unforeseen' circumstances. Finally collected it following day...
