We had endless problems with our order. Delivery not turning up on the selected day, no phone call, text message or email to say why or when they'd deliver. Then decided they would deliver the next day but couldn't have rang the bell, so no delivery again. Driver was making up problems saying I had no drop curbs to my property when I had 2! We have 2 entrances to my house so the driver could've easily drove on and off. Then when the tiles finally did get delivered the box was badly damaged. Upon inspection quite alot of the tiles were damaged too. So we contacted total tiles and they were helpful enough to send some more. Problem was they were damaged too, and so we had to contact them again. Mean while we've had to put off our trades people who were booked in to tile etc our bathroom. Overall total tiles were good in the respect that they send replacement tiles, it's just a shame that the delivery company they use let them down. Update: total tiles have kindly sent 3 spare tiles (incase of breakages in the future) free of charge as a way of apology
