Tile sample wrapped in so many pieces of plastic and bubble wrap that I lost count. Really no regard for the environment, and the tile sample arrived broken anyway.
The tile itself was good quality and what I was after, so will be ordering this as a whole, but hope that breakages aren't going to be an issue this time.
