I ordered Splitface tiles online and when I received the order there was 26 tiles damaged. I fully understand that it would have happened with the courier as every box was opened slightly obviously to check the order before it left. I contacted customer service to inform them of the problem,they were very swift to deal with the problem and sent more out.
By the time Iād finished the job an extra 5 were slightly damaged.
I contacted them again and they sent more out.
I would just like to thank them for a truly first class customer service and will not hesitate to use them again.
