Excellent service.
Order was delayed a day due to broken down van, I was called by both the delivery company and Total Tiles to be advised that it wouldnt be out that day and would be out first thing the following day, which it was.
Things go wrong which people cant forsee, but good customer service is a trait that a lot of companies dont worry about, very happy with Total Tiles.
