Placed my order & organised a delivery date & they didn't turn up. Had to make a phone call to reorganise delivery, unfortunately wasting the day at my cost of the builder. When the tiles were delivered they were left right in front of the garden gate impeding access & egress for everything. The tiles we ordered are lovely though.
