Find your tiles elsewhere. then purchase them at a fraction of the cost at Total Tiles. I call them Totally Amazing. I found them online some 3 or so years ago. I paid $14.97 per m2 for tiles that Topps were trying to sell me at £79.99. No brainer really. I had the tiles delivered with all the adhesive and grout for less than half the cost that Topps wanted for the tiles alone. You can't always get the exact same tiles at Total Tiles but I have always managed to find a brilliant alternative. They now have a bigger showroom too, although its another 20 minutes further away from my town, but a small price to pay for the cost savings that are absolutely mad.
