“Called Total Tiles to ask about a specific tile, they were very helpful and gave the all the info I needed. Sample tile arrived promptly, very well packaged with lots of bubble wrap for a very minimal price. Then ordered the tile I needed. I was able to choose a delivery date and the delivery driver was helpful. Tiles came in a pallet and all the boxes were fine, no breakage. The tiles were exactly as in sample. Very happy with my purchase.”

“I bought some concrete effect matt vogue xl floor tiles for my new extension. They arrived the next day. I was worried about breakages but when they arrived they were packaged really well with individual cardboard , plastic and on a pallet. There were no breakages but a few tiles did have a few chips. We used those on a cut piece so that was not a big problem. The tiles are just as described. A class tiles. They have just been laid by the fitter and look just as I imagined them when designing our kitchen.”

“I am very happy with the service I’ve had from Total Tiles. We ordered tiles to be delivered to the north of Scotland,they arrived within 5 days. Unfortunately one box arrived broken so I contacted customer support and arranged for replacements-this was very easy and Alan,who I spoke to was very accommodating,arranging for the tiles to be sent the same day.
