“Tiles came in good time and look amazing! We also ordered a sample pack before ordering this came really fast and confirmed the items were as described on the website. Unfortunately we got a couple boxes of tiles that had been boxed up wrong so ended up with the wrong tiles however the customer service was outstanding!! Problem resolved in less than 24 hours cannot fault and would highly recommended to friends and family!”

“Order #1002410238 We thought we are getting a good deal when we ordered two pallets of tiles from this store. They charged us £40 for delivery on the pretext that narrow roads need some special vehicles for delivery although their website says free delivery over certain amount, which our order value exceeded by far. One of the pallets unfortunately fell down from the delivery van and got damaged. The delivery driver provided a receipt and clearly mentioned that the pallet is damaged. When we called to report and sent a photo of the broken pallet and delivery driver receipt, their team was not satisfied and asked for photos confirming rest of the boxes are damaged. We immediately ripped off all the boxes covers and sent photos of the broken tiles. Some of the tiles were literally shattered. We got hurt in the process of moving boxes of such broken tiles and taking all the photos etc. Unfortunately, after providing multiple photos, their team has come back asking for photos of the boxes showing the batch number of each of the boxes. After the night’s rain, we don’t even know what is the situation of those ripped off boxes as we don’t live at the property where work is being done. We find this whole experience of dealing with them extremely harrowing. When the whole pallet fell down at the time of delivery due to some technical issues with the delivery van and the driver himself has provided a receipt to that effect and on top of that, we have already shared multiple photos showing damaged tiles, they are harassing us mentally by asking unnecessary details. It is very obvious that customers don’t matter to them at all!!! I would say, pay a lot more somewhere else but avoid this firm at any cost. Their customer service is pathetic and our conclusion so far is that they just don’t want to take responsibility for any mistakes. We are all humans and mistakes do happen. I am sure the delivery driver did not damage the pallet of tiles intentionally. But an honest acknowledgement of the issue with actions taken to resolve the problem would have been an easy task and something we would have really appreciated.”

Our reason for asking for additional photos of the batch number is so that we can ensure that the replacements match the rest of your delivered tiles. Without this, there is a chance of variation in the tiles - which is something we'd like to avoid. It is indeed an honest mistake, and the photos we're asking for is to provide you with less hassle further down the line. Although it is an inconvenience now, we'd rather be thorough now to prevent you having a variation in products. “The Lorena Fern tiles and Lorena stone effect tiles are beautiful. Great price too for such large tiles.Great customer service as had an issue with some broken tiles which was sorted out quickly without any problems. These tiles have made our bathroom look fabulous. Highly recommended to all. Thankyou.”

“Purchased the split face black slate tiles at a fantastic discounted price. Delivery was prompt and turned up on perfect condition. I needed a few more but the website was charging me the full delivery cost. I was so impressed when Total Tiles called me and said they would not charge me the full delivery cost for such a minimal order and refunded the difference in cost by using a courier instead. Quality product, quality price exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.”

“Fabulous service from the Ipswich store. Knowledgeable staff who took the time to look at different tile options with us. Very pleased with the bathroom wall tiles we chose. Have now placed our second order for fireplace tiles. Would highly recommend this store.”

“I have given 5 stars purely based on a customer service agent called Jack! He is by far the most helpful, patient, attentive and knowledgeable agent I have ever come across. Trust me, I've been a bit of a nightmare customer. He has gone above and beyond what his job role acquires. Total tiles offers good quality products which are hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend 👌”

“A word of warning if you decide to go for the 'Narrow street, smaller delivery vehicle' option at checkout. In our case, it transpired that this option would have attracted a surcharge of an additional £250.00!! - actually more than the cost of the tiles we bought, and we only found out about it after we had paid for the tiles. The extortionate extra cost was out of the question of course, so we were forced to accept delivery in a huge 7.5 ton lorry, the driver deposited the tiles at the bottom of our lane and my husband had to carry them 200 yards up the lane to our property, one box at a time. We are not young, and this was extremely distressing and exactly what I was trying to avoid. Total Tiles website promises that they are 'waiting to provide you with any support you need'. I can't really see how that promise reconciles with its disingenuous sales pitch or the callous treatment they meted out to us.”

“Images are replicas of other products on other websites. My payment didn't work (apparently my address was wrong - it wasn't) so was asked to pay a direct link. All felt very suspicious. Don't trust them.”

“HI can i say we went to tops tiles at derby ascot drive and was met with a very nice young man named will the most helpful person you could wish to meet asked what we were looking for and helped all the way and explained what we needed to know with no rush at all so a few days later we put the order in and picked the order up another few days later i would like to say its so nice to deal with some one thats so good at there job thank you will again.
