“Great company to deal with. Total Tiles had the products I needed at a very good price. I could choose my delivery date which was brilliant for me even though at the last minute I had to change it. No problem for them at all. I nice, friendly guy sorted it for me straight away and the goods arrived exactly when I wanted them to. What more can I say? Brilliant :) A Very Happy customer.”

Thank you Ann, yes we do try everything to ensure that our customers receive their samples in the best condition possible, the warehouse team actually have a formula for wrapping samples! (I'll let you into a secret, they actually wrap each order 16 times with bubble wrap before boxing it and adding further packaging!) “I had to order new tiles for my entire home. I'd parquet flooring throughout, which was proving hard to keep in good condition anymore. My wife had become a wheelchair user, and a powechair without it's occupant weighs 120kg + We'd rescued an Alaskan Malamute, who drools in pools on the floor when sleeping. All of which took a toll on the flooring. Carpet was out of the question with a wheelchair and a Malamute nutcase bombing around the house. But we still wanted our home to look nice. So tiles it had to be. Finding tiles that resembled plank flooring seemed the best idea. They had to be very thick and hard wearing. We didn't want to restrict ourselves to one colour of wood, as they were to go throughout the bungalow. With different coloured furniture in various rooms. Then we found Barnwood & fell in love. But there wasn't enough of it in stock on the website for our needs, a whole bungalow. We emailed through the website over the weekend and phoned on the Monday. No problem, they were just putting more stock on the website. We arranged to have them delivered a few weeks later. They've arrived, not fitted yet, but are beautiful! Perfectly packed and delivered with no fuss. With advice on laying and adhesive & tile spacing. Thank you.”

Hi Alan, thanks for that great review, I bet Barnwood installed throughout a whole bungalow will look stunning. These wood look tiles are the perfect solution to homes with varied lifestyles and needs, easily maintained, strong and durable even tough enough to endure nutcase Malamute (What a beautiful breed they are!) Value for money is exactly what we do our best to provide Andrew. There are certain big brand suppliers who take advantage of their brand and do have over inflated margins and to be honest do not give value for money. I notice you bought our new Sauvage grey distressed wood effect tiles, this new tile we are introducing has not officially launched yet so you are the first to have them, i'm sure they look spectacular, thanks for the review.
