“Excellent service, tiles arrived exactly on the date specified. Not one tile was broken. Helpful and pleasant staff. Would highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles now. Really rare to get such great customer service as this these days.”

“Well priced tiles, in particular my wall tiles were significantly cheaper here than similar products elsewhere, which more than made up for the slightly higher than average delivery fee. Samples with free delivery arrived surprisingly quickly. Really pleased with the tiles themselves and my tiler found them easy to work with - consistent and cut well. Next day delivery worked flawlessly and of nearly 500 tiles only one was broken (which I suspect was my fault anyway).”

“Have to say prompt delivery ordered 78 sq metres. 2 boxes were broken but Jack on customer service rectified the issue and was extremely helpful. Great product at a good price.”

“My delivery was made two days late and in an unsafe state (the pallet was broken so half a tonne of tiles was at an angle and couldn't be unpacked safely). Claire at TT dealt with the courier to resolve and got a new pallet out immediately (via a different courier). The tiles are lovely and a great a price (I have purchased similar from Mandarin Stone that were much more expensive). I would happily recommend them for quality of product and service.”

“Asked for a sample tile which was delivered 2 days later well packaged. Impressed with the quality of the service and the sample. We had seen the same tile locally but at a much higher price. We decided on another tile which the company didn’t stock in the size that we wanted but first class service. Would recommend anyone checking with them before going to a retail shop”

“Wow what an I say except next year I won’t be getting my kitchen tiles anywhere else. Very well priced and excellent customer service ,they seem to really care, a rare quality in business nowadays. The tiles were really cheap compared to most others but I think my pictures speak for themselves that they look gorgeous. Hardly any breakages during the refurbishment and I’ve got lots of spares in case I need to re do a wall or something and the batch will be the same. Ordered in plenty of time, there were some breakages but I took photos of the breaks and box batch numbers and replacements arrived in two days. I can’t tell you how many compliments I have had on the tiles!”

“The range looks superb and the delivery of a sample was just a couple of days. One niggle is that the colour is rather different than it looks on line, I understand that it is difficult to get this right with everyones different equipment but wondered whether smaller samples might cut down on waste as I have now received about 10 sample tiles and none are right when I get them. Thanks anyway”
