“Whilst I had really good service my only complaint is that I had to purchase full size tiles instead of sample size seems such a waste. I didn’t purchase all the tiles that I liked because of cost.”

“ordered samples, delivered speedily and well wrapped. Great tiles too, Would have been perfect , but the one I really liked the look of just needed a better "non-slip" rating as thinking of using them in the kitchen.”

“Good value and friendly driver, but hard work taking tiles off the pallet and then having to dispose of the pallet. Can't yet comment on tile quality as they have not been laid.”

“Fast service only two broken tiles two damage bags of adhesive. Would use again would have given five stars if bags were OK.”

“Range of products is very good, extensive choice available at very competitive prices. Tiles chosen are just as expected and look great and really have provided a huge uplift to the kitchen diner. The sample service is great to help you make your decision too. Very pleased.”

“Tiles were delivered promptly And out of 129, 9 were damaged which were quickly replaced but out of the 9 replacements 3 of those were damaged Maybe time to change your carrier”

“Lovely tiles. Only complaint is some were slightly smaller than what they're supposed to be. An entire box was broken straight down the middle and onesingle tile from a separate box. Didn't bother to report as gonna use in the corners. Otherwise good quality.”

“We haven't had time to lay the tiles yet but we are very impressed with the look and quality,everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly would highly recommend,only gave 4 stars and not 5 because I don't believe anything is perfect”

“Competitive prices, although the delivery charge of £35 needs to be taken into account. Product arrived in sound condition on pallet left at the end of the drive. Quick turnaround from order to delivery.”

“Great tiles, really good value. Wish they would stack them vertically on the pallet though, so they aren't so likely to all fall over when you cut the ties”

“The service from Total Tiles was really helpful and accomodating but the Victoriana Encaustic Effect tiles themselves are a bit of a disappointment. The size and finish of the tiles is not very uniform and the glaze is very thin and fragile meaning that several are chipped already”

“The tiles were delivered within a couple of days and left by the garage as asked. The quality of the tiles and colour were as expected. The only negative was the delivery cost which seemed rather expensive in comparison with the value of the tile order.”
