“Order process very east. Promised delivery arrived as arranged and the driver was exceptionally helpful. Full marks so far. Haven't opened the packages yet but all looks secure.”

“We were let down badly by DPD for the delivery of the samples from Total Tiles on several occasions, however Total Tiles Customer Services was absolutely outstanding, they made sure that we got our order in time for the tiling to go ahead, we don't leave many reviews but when we receive particularly bad or good service you feel compelled to pass the experience on, clearly Total Tiles are a company that really care about Customer Care !”

“Great quality tiles at reasonable prices. Super fast delivery and well packaged. I purchased a few samples of tiles and will definitely be purchasing more when my rooms are ready as I’m in the middle of renovating my property. I recommend to anyone.”

“Extremely knowledgable, helpful (also calm & cheerful) in every regard. Made the whole process incredibly easy & stress free. Will definitely use again. Prompt delivery & updates, any small issues (such as minor damage to a couple of tiles in transit), dealt with easily & efficiently.”

“Absolutely beautiful, I have 40sqm of these tiles through the downstairs of my house, and I can honestly say they are amazing, the tiler was really impressed with the quality and said they were worth way more than we paid. They make my home feel amazingly modern and fresh”

“We had the pleasure of using total tiles for our recent kitchen tiles purchase. Unfortunately during delivery a few tiles had been damaged. I contacted total tiles immediately via their online number. A gentlemen called Jack dealt with the issue extremely professionally. The customer service was second to none, he arranged within a few hours for new tiles to be dispatched which arrived promptly the next morning. It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with such a professional and efficient company. Thank you again Jack and would highly recommend.”
