“Ordered wood effect porcelain tiles at half the price of other suppliers, at first thought i was taking a gamble due to the price but the quality is spot on. So happy i chose to order from total tiles. Delivery arrived and the pallet had been damaged in transit through no fault of Total tiles i immediately contacted them and sent photographic images of the damage. Replacements were despatched the same day. If you are looking for tiles or tiling products then Total tiles SHOULD 100% be top of your list.”

“I only ordered a sample tile but was so impressed with how well it was packaged- if anything too much bubble wrap! Love the tile and will be ordering more fir the kitchen once we have measured up properly.”

“I discovered Total Tiles online recently as I was looking for suitable tiles for walls and floor in our utility room. The trader seems to have a vast stock of tiles. I have ordered samples for which I have paid nominal sums. I have called the firm several times to discuss things when I have spoken to Jamie, Jonathan, Ashley, et al. Found themto be absolutely delightful people. They were eager to help. On couple of occasions they returned my calls promptly. I liked this and the fact that they were willing to oblige irrespective of whether I wanted to buy any tiles.”

“Very swift and efficient service and delivery. A small few tiles damaged. Staff dealt with this promptly with replacement tiles delivered to following day. Would have no hesitation in recommending or using Total Tiles again.”
