“Although our tiles did not arrive on the day requested I was very pleased with the service we received. I phoned Total Tiles the day after and spoke to a very helpful person called Jack who was very honest that he could not guarantee when the tiles would arrive as he couldn't contact the delivery company. However he phoned me back and we arranged for 2 new delivery dates as we were going away on holiday and the tiles arrived on the first date. So successful communication and outcome. Thank you Jack.”

“I'm just in love with my new walls. Delivery was super fast and well packaged. Of the 154 pieces we bought, only 3 were broken in transport, but they were still usable. I loved the result and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.”

“Stocked tiles I found difficult to get locally. Express delivery the next day, to the front door as requested. I have not unpacked them yet apart from one box, but look in good condition so far. Very pleased with Total Tiles. Thank you.”

“I actually found the same tiles slightly cheaper elsewhere but after reading some reviews I decided to order from total tiles instead and finally I can prove to my husband reading reviews does matter . A few of my tiles arrived damaged , I phoned and spoke to Ben who was super apologetic and emailed me straight away to send pictures and arranged for replacements to be sent the very next day ! The customer service i received was excellent and shows you need to use reputable companies and these things can happen and was no fault of theirs and they fixed the issue super quick and saved me a lot of stress and phone calls . The tiles are lovely , good quality I would definaltley use again and reccomend this company . Thanks again Ben”
