“Took our time choosing files and never felt rushed, staff very cheerful. No problem a couple of weeks later when we wanted to exchange the grout for a different colour.”

“I recently ordered 8 sample tiles, which arrived in 2 packages. Four of the tiles were broken. They were packed in an excessive amount of bubble-wrap around the tiles but little or none between them. It is not a good reflection when a tile specialist doesn't know how to handle tiles. I know they are only samples but it is very disappointing to have smashed pieces instead of whole tiles. Spoils the effect! UPDATE Excellent response to my previous feedback. Took me seriously, apologised and made a refund even though I didn't ask for one. ! This is good customer service and I shall certainly do more business with this company.”

“Purchased a wood effect tile for our new living room. The tiles have been laid in a random fashion and have produced a wonderful effect. The staff were more than helpful, delivery was as required and the tiler they recommended was outstanding. Excellent effect. Will buy kitchen tiles from here.”
