“I incorrectly selected a delivery date too far in the future which they amended, I also didn't purchase enough underlay which they were kind enough to upgrade and advise me. Great service.”

“The sample arrived super quick, and packaged so well - it was also a good size so even better to judge the finish etc - As soon as we are ready we will be ordering from you!”

“I found tiles that I liked on Total Tiles website, when I saw that they would send me samples with free p&p I was very impressed. So ordered the tiles on Sunday evening. The tiles were delivered on Wednesday at exactly the time slot I had been told. The tiles were very well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I loved the fact that Total Tiles also put a sticker on each tile so that I know what tile it is (in case I forget) - All in all I would thoroughly recommend this company on their service so far. Just need to measure the bathroom and decide on a pattern and order the tiles. Hopefully they will be just as good with the main order”
