“I couldn't have wished for any better, the tiles were ordered quickly and easily on line, there had been a slight mis communication but it was sorted out immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again!”

“Very helpful after viewing on line we actually spoke to someone on the telephone. Sample came within 2 days, and after ordering on line our tiles came within a few days. Very professional company, would definitely order from them again.”

“Really nice quality tiles. They have an easy way to order amount you need (in m2 or quantity). Live chat is a great addition to their website. There's so many patterns we couldn't decide for a while but our choice turns out to be stunning :) If there's one thing I didn't love, it would be the delivery. Price is a bit high and tiles are delivered on the pallet which leaves you with a bit of rubbish but I can understand it's the safest option and delivery guys were always absolutely lovely and helpful :)”

“First order was damaged by the courier, so I rejected delivery. Emailed Total Tiles and within 15 minutes they were on the phone to apologise. They sent the tiles out the next day. First class customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again.”
