“Great service from this company and a great price for my tiles too - many other sites had the tiles I chose at double the price! Delivery was good too - the very polite delivery man even phoned ahead to tell me he was arriving shortly. Highly recommended.”

“Easy to navigate web site, calculated my room size accurately, suggested adhesive and grout very useful to a novice like me. Delivered next day neatly wrapped on a pallet. So thrilled with the finished look in my utility and cloakroom, looks like wood they are amazing. Thank you for your prompt efficient service.”

“I haven’t actually seen the quality of the tiles, as my builder is still renovating, and I’m up north, whilst the renovations are going on. My builder says they are very nice, so we’ll have to see once they are all opened and laid down. Very prompt service though, and a lovely, bubbly call from the delivery driver to tell me when he’d be arriving at the house.”

“Absolutely no faults from ordering to delivery, easy ordering, kept up to date on delivery and delivery driver went out his way to deliver into back garden as I wasn't in and it was kerb delivery and Mrs is invalid. Like Arnie says, "Ah'll be baach"”

“The people at Total tiles were very helpful. Firstly I needed a sample and it was sent very quickly, also they sent the whole tile (even though it was large) which was great as it showed the whole pattern. When I made the full order they were very helpful in checking the quantities and also wrote detailed delivery instructions as access to our property is limited. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful.”

“What a lovely experience dealing with this company. Made effort to visit the Ipswich showroom and Jamie and John couldn’t have been more helpful. Took away samples. Next day called and ordered more which arrived in 24 hours. Excellent!”
