“I'm going to give you 5/5 for the following reasons - - Your customer service is excellent, and not just one cs representative but all 3, or even 4 that i have spoken to recently. Everyone is so polite and makes you feel like a valued customer. This is something that frustrates me about other tile companies, e.g. tiles direct with their rude & unfriendly tone, after having waited 35mins for them to answer. shame becuase they do some fantastic designs. So your team really sets you apart. - There was a late delivery, and I didn't actually require the tiles anymore since it was late. I was given a full refund of delivery and cost of tiles. I did expect this but lots of companies would still make you fund some of it which i find very poor. so i appreciate that you did the full job. - Not only were your team kind and friendly, they were also very helpful and knowledeable and left you feeling confident about the purchase. The only thing that let them down was failure to call back.. i understand everyone is very busy but when the call back depends upon next day delivery possibilities it is important.. did have 2 instances of no call backs so just thought i'd mention it :) Otherwise, fab company and dead chuffed with the tiles too! Thanks”

“The tile is of great quality, however it was a test tile to see if the right colour for when I do my kitchen in Jan 2022. Whilst the tile is lovely it just wasn't the right colour so I will keep looking on your site for others like this but more of a blue/grey colour. Thank you”

“Tiles are fantastic sadly how they packed them to be delivered wasn’t so brilliant. They were very heavy so trying to unwrap the wrapping and separating the tiles was too difficult for one person, if one fell the whole lot would have broke!”

“Ordered 6.5sqm of split face tiles for a chimney breast on a Sunday night and requested a Friday delivery. Communication was excellent and the tiles were delivered on time on the Friday. I have not fitted the tiles yet but they do look excellent quality, I can’t wait to get them on. Superb service and total tiles will be my go to supplier next time I need any.”

“Had a problem ordering online (my incompetency) and called the company. My order was dealt with immediately, I paid by card and gave an alternative delivery address. The order arrived on the due delivery date. Excellent company to deal with. I would recommend.”
