“I got exactly the tiles I'd ordered from a sample I was sent. They were delivered at the time promised and I have now had them laid in my new conservatory. They look brilliant and I can't thank Total Tiles enough especially the gentleman who dealt with me.(I'm afraid I didn't take note of his name) once again Thank you very much.”

“Really great customer service, the team called to say a bag of adhesive had burst in transit and we would receive a refund, when the tiles were delivered 3 boxes, 15 tiles were broken, the company sent out replacements 3 days later, no hassle, would definitely recommend Total Tiles”

“We ordered the tiles over the phone. The tiles we wanted were out of stock, so we were asked to ring back on the due date. The person I spoke with was efficient and helpful. I gave him the measurements in inches!!!, and he worked out how many we needed--less than we hoped!. The order was delivered on the arranged date and the tiles were taken into our garage. We are awaiting the kitchen fitters before the tiles are fixed onto the wall. We took a bit of a gamble on ordering white brick effect tiles as we didn't want them to look plasticy, they don't! Hoping that they look as lovely on the wall.”
