“Excellent service, value & communication. Tiles were delivered as communicated, recd regular updates about the delivery. I had 4 tiles broken in a box of 8, contacted Josh who sent out replacements so very happy with the service & would definitely recommend!”

“Found the range of products excellent, price and quality make a large project very affordable, having the option to get samples is VERY important and price per tile and next day delivery is fantastic when planning multiple colours, textures and rooms, overall very impressed with Total Tiles, I thought my project was going to break the bank when I went to a warehouse outlet but Total Tiles meant I could complete the project to a high standard without taking out a second mortgage”

“These tiles are just what we wanted and we're very happy with them, they're reasonably priced too. Unfortunately, I waited for the delivery all day but was told at 17.50 that they couldn't be delivered after all. I phoned at 09.30 that morning to ask if I was able to get a rough estimate on the time of delivery but no one got back to me. A tiler was arranged for the next day which we had to cancel but still pay for so we've paid twice, we're really annoyed about that.”
