“I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the service Total Tiles are providing. They're exceptional: very friendly, helpful and professional. There has been mixed up within the goods delivered to me which they resolved straightaway sending the correct items the next day and with no extra cost. Also, the quality of the product is second to none. In emergency I had to buy similar stuff from B&Q. Not that is was expensier but also quality wasn't as good. Highly recommend :)”

“Ordered slate tiles and a adhesive that I thought would do the job. They rang me up to advise me of a stronger mix. Well that's what I call customer service and that goes a long way. Will defiantly use them again.”
