“At the moment, i have had 5 samples. excellent service there- speedy service, well packed. Tiles - great quality, I love one set of complimentary tiles. honestly, the delivery charge for my small delivery for 12m sq is my only stumbling block to making the booking. I'm really impressed, even with the website. thanks.”

“I am in love with my tiles. Couldn’t source what we were looking for locally so went online. Saw the tiles we liked but were hesitant about buying online. Total tiles were really helpful and sent us a sample the next day. We ordered and delivery was quick with no problems. I would buy again from Total Tiles without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone who has seen them absolutely love them.”

“These guys were great. It had taken some months between ordering the tiles and beginning the job. Unfortunately a few tiles were broken in storage. Then during installation there were a couple more casualties. That meant that I first had to order 2 extra tiles and then 3 more. Total tiles were extremely helpful and promptly sent off the two parcels. The cannot have made any profit but it seems that customer service was much more important. I have bought approximately £3000 pounds worth of various tiles from them over the last 2 years or so. Despite the prices being much lower than many their range is extensive and the quality has been more than good enough. If it was not for their service the costs of doing the job would have been way over an acceptable budget. Well done to Total Tiles.”

“Cannot recommend total tiles enough! We ordered from their website but rang the store about 4 times prior to check the underfloor heating was the correct one for our requirements, each time I called the staff I spoke to were very informative and couldn’t be more helpful, we ordered the matting to come in a weeks time to allow us to fully prepare the floor beforehand, I called back to say we would be ready earlier than expected and they upgraded our delivery to next day delivery at no extra cost. Fantastic team, fantastic customer support and brilliant products. Will definitely use total tiles in the future Thanks”

“I would like to thank everyone at total tiles for their amazing customer service today. I ordered my tiles to collect at the Ipswich warehouse 2.5 hours drive from where I live. After a nightmare journey around the M25 and A14 and nearly 3.5 hours later I realised I wasn’t going to get there by the time the warehouse closed and would miss my order by about 5 mins. I called up and pleaded over the phone; a stressed and desperate woman! I think it was Jonathon who I spoke to. He said he would speak to the warehouse and see what he could do. 5 minutes later he called back and said someone could wait for a few minutes, as long as it was just a few minutes. I arrived at the warehouse and another lovely man carried my order to my car. Thank you so much to everyone who put themselves out to help me. I also love the tiles!”

“I received great service, from my initial phone conversations with guy in store to the delivery driver. The Backer Boards were delivered on time and arrived in perfect condition, i would definitely buy from Total Tiles again and recommend it to anyone.”

“Great advice given over the phone and the online order service was easy. Delivered on the chosen date and driver made a real effort to get the order to the door so it was easier for me to load into the house. Great service all round!”
