“Good tiles at a reasonable price. Overnight delivery requested and paid for ....but didn't materialise. Extra cost was refunded. Didn't matter too much in this case but could in circumstances end up with additional costs!”

“arrived promptly , looked good as in picture and right colour etc, but sample badly chipped and broken in two edges. We are not sure how well 2 Sq.M will appear when delivered, so trying to source similar tiles closer to home where we can inspect before purchase and carry home ourselves”

“Only ordered a sample which arrived very quickly which unfortunately wasn't quite suitable but I found the packaging was excessive, obviously to protect the tile but 6 metres of bubble wrap, and a box 10 times bigger than the tile is that necessary....”

“Only used these once but order was straight forward and the item was delivered promptly and efficiently. Item is installed and awaiting final testing so can only say that I am happy so far and all seems fine with the underfloor heating element I bought.”

“I had to order an additional tiles as there was a need for 10 tiles plus and the cost of the 10 tiles was less than the delivery cost.Total tiels did not bothered to contact and/or deduct the delivery fee as my first order was prety high in value. Anyway overall - prompt delivery and I have woderful bathroom.”

“Only 1 thing I wasn't happy about and it was the fact I was told that the driver will cal me an hour before he delivers and he called 5 min before instead so my partner has just gone out and had to come back and reschedule his day because of that.”

“Tiles are gorgeous and are easy to fit, plus they drilled fairly easily for pipes. Delivery is expensive though”
