“Hi, I received the sample on time and delivery timings was brilliant. However the actual tile which was sent twice both arrive damaged and was disappointing, felt the wrapping was not done properly. the tile itself we felt was a bit flat compared to others which we have seen in the market. besides that the service was brilliant and customer service were brilliant in updating me on my queries.”

“Just ordered a couple of sample tiles to try. Nice tiles & good value the only downside is that I paid extra for both tiles for Saturday delivery and both turned up on the Monday”

Hi Laura Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and it's great to hear you're happy with your sample tile. We offer delivery for up to 1,000 KG of tiles to most areas of the UK for only £25.00. However as you need delivery to Northern Ireland, the cost does jump up considerably I'm afraid. The journey between our location in the South East of England and yourself requires moving a pallet of tiles around 500 miles including a 2 .5 hour ferry across the Irish Sea! The £100 we quoted you is already a subsidised cost although we'd be more than happy to have your order ready for collection at our Ipswich based warehouse if you'd like to arrange your own transport. “The package was well wrapped and arrived as planned. The item was not installed as yet therefore I cannot provide any comment at the moment. customer service is good and very helpful providing sizes advice and about the product. In my view this company is excellent and used t again.”

“Beautiful tiles delivered promptly. When I had three breakages on arrival, replacements were sent quickly. Staff helpful and friendly on the phone. Deducted 1 star as website do not warn you that some of their tiles are sold as per linear metre not metres squared! This resulted in me having to buy additional tiles for my bathroom at an extra cost of £240.00 although they did waive the delivery charge to be fair! Make sure you double check the unit of measurement before placing an order.”
