“We unfortunately decided not to buy from total tiles but they really did try and fine us the right tiles very friendly service and would definitely try them again when looking for tiles”

“Received sample promptly and once ordered tiles delivered as promised. Slightly annoyed tiles did not match the sample I received as closely as I hoped - sample = honey blonde oak, actual tiles = more brown/red colour, when rang to check correct tiles not really interested other than confirming correct tiles sent and we could return them if not happy but all at our cost.”

“Great ordering and delivery performance. Tiles well packed with nil breakages. However some of the tiles had some variation in their sizes which caused a few problems for our pile contractor. Otherwise very pleased.”

“The Tiles were delivered to the house where my friend lives who is going to do my bathroom, he was took delivery as arranged, he then had to leave to go to his parents down in Favesham , when I went round to collect them and bring them to my house I discovered one box had a tile missing and another had a cracked one, my friend missed this , I will try to upload pictures from my phone , thank you”

“Sample tiles arrived promptly and were very useful colour wise. We were initially concerned about delivery arrangements but Jonathan contacted us to tell us the number of boxes required and overall weight so we can arrange delivery to coincide with the builders requirements.”

“5 stars for Total Tiles, but lose a star due to their courier. Good prices & good quality tiles. Customer Services very helpful & rang back within 5 minutes with an update. Courier failed to turn up on booked day & did not communicate with me at all. Total Tiles were v apologetic & organised another delivery. Unfortunately courier decided to turn up on the wrong day & did not communicate regarding delivery until after they had been.”

“The samples I requested arrived in very good time and were incredibly well packaged, guaranteeing that the large tile (50cm x 30cm) arrived intact. I would certainly use Total Tiles again.”

“I got 425 of the large lime wash wood effect tiles. And they are lovely, the price was excellent, sadly a few of them were broken which I kind of expected with three pallets worth. More of a downside was that the delivery for such a large load was just to the kerb and my house is a good 50 yards back. Would have made it a lot easier had there been a forklift truck.”

“Great to have a 99p sample. Ordering easy, but the delivery did not come on the day chosen, it was 2 days earlier, which meant no one was in, and a special trip to the house to collect from doorstep.”

“Driver phoned in advance and was spot on with his timing, admittedly the kerbside delivery is a little difficult but it is stated so was expected, but had no problems otherwise.”
