“Great price and speedy service and no trouble exchanging tiles. However because of online choice- tiles were not quite as I expected - ie looked darker on the site. Otherwise excellent service thanks”

“The sample was delivered quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately the tile, "Heritage Parquet Wood Effect Floor Tile", was very disappointing. It just looked like a photograph of a parquetry floor, very glossy and with no texture, giving a pretty naff look.”

“I love the tiles I received from Total Tiles. In comparison to other online tile stores they were less than half the price for the exact same tile. The tiles arrived on time, in perfect condition. My only negative would be the high delivery charges but I understand the need for larger delivery vehicles etc. 100% recommend Total Tiles!”

“Ordered a sample and they sent the wrong tile, called them and they refunded straight away. Ordered the batch of tiles and didn’t order enough, contacted Total Tiles and it wasn’t an issue sent a new batch next day and with no extra charge for deliver. TBH delighted with service.”

“Very good service and polite delivery man. He phoned before delivering. I would have rated a 5 star but unfortunately 4 of the tiles were broken. Other than this it was efficient. Very Good tiles too for the price.”

“Sample tile arrived very quickly, well packaged etc. and certainly good quality but the colour and finish is not quite what I'm looking for I'm afraid and I have found a different tile from elsewhere that I will probably go with. Definitely worth getting the sample though!”
