“Excellent service. All the tiles, adhesive and grout arrived securely pact on a pallat in excellent condition, no broken or chipped tiles. Ordered over the phone on Saturday and items arrived early Tuesday morning. Lovely tiles and way much cheaper than other retailers. Highly recommend to everyone.”

“There was a problem with the batch numbers to cover my order they had two batch numbers so tiles slight difference in colour, they phoned me explained it to me and gave recommendations. Order delivered on a palate. Great customer service. Would recommend and order again.”

“Excellent Service throughout. Ordered online. Added to order so arranged for orders to be delivered at same time and refunded partial delivery cost. 4 tiles arrived damaged and replacements were with us the following day - with extras in case of any other breakages.”

“I wanted a small area of ornate/Victorian/oriental picture tiles as a feature where the hearth used to be - the rest of the room is varnished wooden floorboards. I thought I had looked everywhere - and then I found Total Tiles online. They had some lovely 'special' tiles at surprisingly reasonable prices and I had a choice of several types. The ordering process was easy, the delivery was fast and the packaging was excellent. The tiles are beautiful. I will certainly know where to look when I next need tiling.”
