“Absolutely excellent service. Exceptional pricing. I purchased tiles and had them shipped to Rome, Italy. Everyone thinks I am crazy to find tiles in the UK for a project in Italy. What they didn't realize is even with euro/pound conversion and shipping, the cost was much less than purchasing locally for tiles that weren't nearly as impressive. Great quality, excellent pallet delivery service and very very very happy!!! Thank you Andy.”

“We wanted to have our hallway and living room floor tiled including a tiled skirting and found the best value at Total Tiles. Their customer service was fantastic in that options were discussed and the number of tiles were calculated. Total Tiles were also extremely accommodating in that they were prepared to store the tiles for us for over 2 months without charge over the Christmas period as we had to wait for the tiller to complete another project. Delivery took place promptly on the day specified, and all the tiles were in excellent condition with non broken. Thank you Total Tiles.”

“I have ordered and received the tiles from Total Tiles. Apart from the serious difference in pricing, the tiles are of excellent quality, My tiler told me they are of good quality and nice to work with. The tiles are nice and flat (easier to lay) and have nice bevelled edges, which make laying and grouting a much better and simpler job. Order was placed, delivery date was agreed and the lorry came with the pallet at approx. 09:30 in the morning. Absolute pleasure to deal with. I have taken one of the tiles into the local B&Q and made a direct comparison to an equivalent tile. Difference was no less that £36.= per sq metre. So, a total saving of well over £1200.= With my tiler asking for £1650.= (average laying cost) I now have a totally porcelain tiled ground floor for £ 468 + £ 1650 = £ 2118. Anywhere else would have cost somewhere in the region of £ 3500.= Ask me why I am over the moon? No need with these figures. Highly recommended. Don't be a thief of your own wallet, go to Total Tiles and have money left over for a holiday.”

“I came across Total Tiles Number on the Internet, They had the tiles I wanted at a Great Price. Instead of ordering my items on the Interenet, I thought I would phone my order as I wanted them on a specific date. They were very polite and helpful and answered my many questions. The Great bit was my order was delivered exactly on the day I wanted them too. I would definately recommend Total Tiles I was very pleased with the service I got from them.”

“We have recently Purchased a new 3 story dwelling, and are currently carrying out some renevation work to the basement, constructing a self contained Annexe for the mother in law, initaly we had measured up for some underfloor heating, insulation boards and adhesive and an order was placed, unfortunately we had a few issues with levels for the drainage, and had to make changes to the design of bathroom and kitchen, making the heating mats that we had purchased to big. These were purchased in advance of the work being carried out (well outside of the 30day money back garantee) one quick phonecall to Andy and he agreed to exchange the mats for smaller sizes, an additional order was also placed and delivery was at my home the following day, I cannot fault their speedy service and professionalism.”

“Thank you total tiles for speedy supply of the sample tile. Great service. Unfortunately the tile I requested didn't quite match the requirements , it was just out of shade to what we wanted so it pays to get a sample first . Will definitely use their service again.”
