“Purchased split face mosaic tiles, found Total Tiles to be the cheapest by far. Delivered promptly and kept up to date with delivery time etc. Arrived well packed and very pleased with the quality.”

“Fantastic service, very good quality tiles, excellent value for money. The tiles look beautiful in the bathroom and makes it look very expensive. These tiles bought from the shop would have been so so much more expensive. We looked at very similar tiles in the shops but could not afford them. But above all the customer services is excellent, very quick and efficient. You know you are dealing with a good company when staff respond very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Total Tiles again or recommend them to anyone.”

“I thought that the sample tile was amazing as it was wall/floor size and the other tiles I had requested from other sources were very small samples. The only reason that I haven’t ordered from you is that you only deliver to kerbside and as I am very elderly I couldn’t carry them from there to my house. I have no one around here to help me either. Thank you so much for your help . I loved the tile too but I have now managed to find a firm who will carry them in without charge as well so all good. Kind regards Linda George”

“Excellent customer service. I received my delivery and had to refuse delivery due to the tiles being damaged by the courier. Total Tiles called me within 10 minutes of my refusal of delivery and the order was replaced straight away and delivered the next day. The only fault that I have is with the couriers. Delivery is kerb side only and was really difficult for a woman alone to unload a pallet of tiles from the road. I would definitely use Total Tiles again. Brilliant customer service and value for money.”

“after a bad start with the company...johnathan, the advisor, understood my frustration and he went above and beyond without me knowing to come to a solution for my order. i can only give 5 stars on here otherwise it would be more. johnathan showes he actually cares for customers and i will dedinitly be recommending these guys to others. its easy to get through to them and they actually get back to u...thanks again guys!!”

“It was easy to order everything I needed, delivery charges were clear. We were contacted by Total Tiles to confirm the delivery address. The courier they used was extremely helpful and efficient. Everything arrived in good order (haven't opened all the packs yet but so far everything has been good) and on time. Excellent service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them; I would certainly use them again.”

“The tile sample I bought was promptly delivered and wrapped so carefully I doubt even a small earthquake would be damaged it. The tile is a solid build and looks beautiful.”
