“After I ordered and payed for my items they called me back to check my order. When I talked to them it turned out I had ordered the wrong length. They put me right and gave me a £50 refund. Does not come much better than that.”

“We were very happy with their knowledge and the total experience from us initially sourcing the tiles to the actual delivery of them. The whole process was made very easy in what was a stressful time for us during our build. We were able to save a large amount of money which helped our budget. We had lots of questions all of which were answered to our satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Well worth considering if you are looking for new flooring.”

“Brilliant service and AMAZING tiles & prices. I was looking everywhere for the perfect marble tiles but they were so expensive, looked on here and found the same at over half the price of the others. I was a little sceptical being online but I honestly couldn’t be happier with them! Some arrived damaged (not total tiles fault, this can obviously happen as they are fragile and are being couriered) they were so so good at helping me out with a refund as I ordered more right away not to hold up work. Could not recommend enough and can’t wait to use them again... quick and friendly service. Look no further for your tiles!”

“The tiles we wanted were a good price and were delivered quickly with no problems. Total Tiles kept us informed of order/delivery progress and we are very pleased with the tiles, they look lovely in the shower and were easy to cut and work with. Would definitely use Total Tiles again.”
