“Good service should be the norm. Sadly that is seldom the case, so it was with some delight, and relief, to experience the way Total Tiles dealt with us. Having found online tiles we were interested in, we noticed the offer of a Sample Service. For just £1.99 a large tile sample was sent to us the next day - superbly wrapped and protected in a large box. We needed to look for something else and requested a second sample - the same quick and efficient delivery. Having decided that this was a company we’d prefer to deal with, we decided to make a 120 mile round trip to buy the tiles we wanted. No surprise to find that the same excellent level of service applies when you visit the store. Brilliant. Thank you. (PS we took the first sample tile back with us just out of goodwill - they insisted on refunding the £1.99).”

“First Time Buyer. I initially ordered a sample and it speedily arrived. Having been impressed with the tile and the service I placed the order and this too arrived appropriately packaged and looking good so far although I haven't managed to open all the boxes. The tiles look superb at a brilliant price and no complaints regarding the company I purchased from. Would I use again most definitely I just wish the selection was a little more varied.”

“recently purchased 18 box's of tiles to do a kitchen. There were no broken or chipped tiles in the whole batch, the adhesive,grout and trims were all superb. Rachel was remarkable, assisting and when I needed extras, she ensured everything was first class. The guys in the yard were pleasant and helped with loading etc. Price, service, and quality were all first class. Thank you, will recommend to everyone.”
