“Recently purchased my second lot of tiles from Total Tiles in Ipswich. Really happy with the quality of the tiles, the staff at the store are really helpful and friendly. No complaints m, no issues, 10 out of 10 !!”

“Order arrived exactly on time and was just as advertised. Good value for money. Unfortunately some of the tiles had been damaged in transit. Called and was instructed to send photographs, sent these straight away and the damaged items were replaced with no quibbling only a few days later. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.”

“I came across Total Tiles by chance when looking for a specific thickness of tile. I found a tile that I liked, ordered a sample, arrived next day incredibly well wrapped. Having decided on the tiles, I ordered what I needed and they arrived on the day requested, always with lots of information from Total Tiles and the courier. Unfortunetaly, when my tiler opened one of the boxes, the tiles were all broken. I was not around at the time and did not think to ask the tiler to take a picture. I contacted Total Tiles and they were very helpful and organised a replacement box without fuss which I am sure will arrive tomorrow. The company seems well organised, keeps you informed and the prices seem very reasonable compared to my local tile shops. All in all, satisfied customer who would definately recommend Total Tiles.”
