“I ordered some herringbone style porcelain marble tiles. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery but this wasn’t total tiles’ fault but they quickly rectified the situation. I must say, Alan is so helpful! He made sure everything was okay with my order and sorted out any problems I had with a swift reply. Some tiles were delivered damaged and he quickly ordered replacements which arrived a few days later. I highly recommend using total tiles, for their high quality tiles and outstanding customer service. Will definitely use again”

“Speed and Price excellent...would it be possible to use less packagaing?? For one tile I had at least 4 metres of bubble wrap and a box...to be honest I only needed a small sample of the tile not the whole thing...I got a box and 4 metres of bubble wrpa...not environmentally friendly!!”

“Was really impressed with this company! Ordered a sample which arrived damaged but was well wrapped, so no fault of Total Tiles. Informed T. T who then reimbursed the money for the tile straight away, without being asked! Excellent customer service, which you just don't get these days.”

“This company was selected by my client for a particular choice of tile as per the attached photographs, never really dealt with them before, but I must say the customer services, the assurances and deliverance is out of this world, now they are my first choice for all my tiling needs, very reasonable and great products, customer services second to none.
