“I ordered ceramic tiles from Total Tiles, they were delivered on time and the ordering procedure was quick and easy, unfortunately the tiles we ordered were not exactly to my wife's expectation (colour) our mistake!! However their customer support was excellent gave me great advice on how to return the tiles and refunded my money all within a couple of days the support staff deserve a mention as very polite and helpful, Jonathan Eadie a credit to your company”

“Ordered 2 sample floor tiles at 2pm the lady on the phone said they would be delivered the next day which they was. Super fast delivery and we are going to be purchasing the rest of the tiles very soon would highly recommend”

“It was great to be able to get a sample of a tile before buying. I ordered two separate samples and they arrived quickly and on the day they were promised. A great service and I'll be lacing an order with them for our new bathroom - and, no doubt, other projects.”

“The delivery of the samples was very good and the tiles look fantastic and are just the colours what I want! The price is so good too, not offer on you find quality AND a good price I'm so happy!!! I will definately be ordering my kitchen tiles from Total Tiles without a doubt!”
