“Absolutely brilliant company that will go out of their way to ensure total customer satisfaction even when the issue is not theirs. I ordered some amazing value tiles which were shipped promptly, there was an issue with with the delivery from a third party haulage company and both Colin and Ashley from Total Tiles, over the course of the day absolutely gave it their all to ensure I got the tiles on the day I needed them. Five stars isn't enough! Thanks for an amazing service!”

“Everything was excellent f9rom the start to the finish. Greeted by helpful and informed (and not at all pushy) staff, shown a range of possible tiles to meet our needs and wishes, we ordered and a very helpful driver delivered them on a very snowy day. We originally wanted pure stone, but you don't stock this. We finished up with tiles which look nearly as good and cost a fraction of the price.”

“Used for the second time now and as before tiles arrived the day after ordering - brilliant. The driver lifted all the tiles into the garage and left them in neat piles -thanks. He'd even notice a broken one when loading onto his van and brought an extra one with him.”

“We haven't yet placed a full order for tiles as we are still looking at samples. However, the staff have been very helpful and efficient at getting the samples out to us at the times promised. The tiles are lovely, it is just down to what suits our home best”
